Joe Capaldi

Joe is a Consultant Solicitor to Runhams with particular expertise in Disputes and Litigation. Joe was formerly a Deputy District Judge in Sheffield and now enjoys working on family law, employment disputes and all litigation matters.

John Dowling

Born and educated in Yorkshire, John qualified as a solicitor in London,working for a dozen years or so in a West End firm specialising in commercial and entertainment law. He returned to Yorkshire in the late eighties, and has been with this firm ever since, becoming Senior Partner in 1998. He continues to specialise in commercial law generally, and has particular experience in the leisure industry and licensed trades. His hobbies include outdoor pursuits, and acoustic music.

Bryan Kirkbride

Bryan qualified as a solicitor in 1973 after completing training in Leeds. He has worked in Bradford and Shipley since 1974. He set up an Immigration Law Department at his then firm in 1975 and has undertaken Immigration work continuously since then, covering all private and commercial aspects apart from Asylum. Bryan also undertakes personal injury and general civil litigation work.

Georgina Lomax

Georgina is a second year Trainee Solicitor. She is currently in her General Litigation Seat assisting our Litigation Consultant, Joe Capaldi. She is originally from Sheffield but now lives locally. She enjoys keeping fit, ski-ing holidays and John Grisham books!

John Runham

Born in Bradford and educated in Bradford and London. The founder and former Senior Partner of the firm is now a consultant, specialising in wills, probates, residential and commercial conveyancing.

Nighat Rasool

Nighat is a commercial and residential property solicitor dealing with all aspects of property and finance. She joined the firm in February 2004 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in April 2006.

Her interests include shopping and fashion. She also enjoys travelling and cooking for her family and friends.

Tracey Lynam

Tracey is a a residential conveyancer and has been working in the law for the last twenty four years. She prides herself in listening to her clients. She is very friendly and has an ability to put her clients at ease, thereby making a potentially stressful transaction less so.

She is currently responsible for the installation of a case management system which will benefit all of our clients in making their transactions progress even more swiftly.

Christopher Rhodes

Chris deals with residential and commercial conveyancing and all areas of Wills and Probate. Completed his training contract in Bradford at Whitaker Firth and then after working in Leeds for a year, he started work at Runhams in May 2005. Chris is a keen sportsman and likes competing in football, tennis,running and triathlon.

Alexander P. Wells

Alex has been with Runhams for five years. He was born and lives in Hipperholme, Halifax. He began his career in Law in 1998 and has since worked in the Leeds/Bradford area. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2006 and specialise in personal injury claims handling large complex cases including Road Traffic Collisions and Accidents at Work.

His interests include Astronomy, Running and Football.

Paul Wilkinson

Paul joined Runhams in May 2002 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1993. Paul started in conveyancing in July 1986 working in Keighley for 12 years before moving to Bradford in 1999.

His interests include cricket, football and rugby league.

Ed Wegorzewski

Ed is a native of Bradford, although both his parents were of Polish origin, and he is fluent in Polish. He studied law at the LSE and following qualification, helped set up the new firm of Runham Kirkbride & Co. in 1979. He has stayed with the firm through its growth and mergers, and is currently Managing Partner. He is the Head of Civil Litigation, and is responsible for the firm's IT. He specialises in personal injury law. He is married to Lyndsay, who is the firm's Office Manager. his interests include rugby league and snooker, computers and information technology, photography and astronomy.
